We stayed here as it was close to Temple street hospital . Our daughter was admitted for an opp and we were not sure how long our stay would be . This was our third stay and each time days and dates were changed but Tony was always a professional about his approach to our requirements. Having stayed less than expected he allowed us a meal and breakfast as way of refund. We would have no hesitation in staying here when ever we visit Dublin. Tony you rock !!!!!
We the only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer .
Good location for croke park, nice hotel but rooms were priced high cause of the Westlife and Chiili Peppers gig'S. It was €124 for a twin room fr one night and you couldnt swing a cat in the room. Ive had a lot better for that kind of money.
It's in a great location, rooms were a little small however it was Extremely clean, I found the bed a little on the hard side tho overall I would stay there again, lovely staff & and very clean and tidy
The hotel was very clean and good location.
The room was so small, couldn't move around the room.
Excellent location with friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and cleaning was to a good standard.
Our shower wasn't very powerful, and the seal around the bathtub handles had a build-up of black limescale.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean, and conveniently located near buses and O'Connell St.
Staying 1st-floor street-side was loud only in the morning as a tour group was leaving, but, to be fair, I think that this would only be a problem for very light sleepers. Other than that, very quiet. Our first day's breakfast selection was cleared out by the tour group before us and took a while to get topped up.
Thank you very much for contacting me after I checked out. The honesty is refreshing and I'll definitely stay with you again on my next trip to Dublin.
Good value for money with unbeatable location.. Bly room is comfortable and very clean.. Staff at reception are friendly. It's only one minute walk to my classroom in north Frederick street which is superb..
Can hear people walking at the top as I was on the 1st floor but it didn't bother me.
The lack of wireless internet in the rooms. It's nice being able to relax in your room w/o having to drag yourself downstairs just to check your email.
The location was great for our needs, you're right in the heart of things and it was very easy to locate.
It was a basic hotel.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Free wireless Internet available. Is well located, near O'Conell street.
The room was placed has no good window view: all I could see was the internal part of the hotel. No street view. I had a problem with my locker card, that was not working properly. For some reason, everytime I closed my room door, the card lost its validity, so I had to go to the reception to make it work again. That was kind disturbing. Dispite that, I would consider staing there again.
Good location close to O'Connel Street. Large comfortable rooms.
The hotel is close to Connolly street and close to Croke park, breakfast was buffet style and was very good, no complaints. One of the better hotels I've stayed in in Dublin.
The hotel is in a good location 10 minute walk to O'Connell street.Room was quite big and clean.Clean bathroom and the reception staff were all very helpful in all we requested.
On our arrival which was after midnight we were told that they did not have a room for us until the next day so they transferred us to another hotel nearby and the next morning we had to go back to them again. But to say all they paid the taxi both ways.
The manager is very nice and he helped me many happen. I'll back to this hotel when go to Dublin again.
